Empteezy to Aid Construction Industry at Scotland Build

We will be attending Scotland Build in a bid to help provide the construction industry with ways of protecting workers and the environment they work in.

The industry is a major source of pollution, with as many as 350 construction incidents reported to the Environment Agency each year. Construction businesses across Europe produced 198,000 tonnes of plastic waste excluding packaging in 2016 alone, only 42.93% of which was mechanically recycled. Whilst there has been a push in recent years, it is clear that more needs to be done.

In the market for over 30 years, we are experts in the design and production of a variety of solutions specifically created to support the construction industry. Most notably, they will showcasing their 1.1m³ on legs Tipping Skip.

Ideal for the storage of offcuts, general waste, construction waste, glass and packaging, the TS11L is manufactured from 3mm steel plate with oil tight welds, aiding in the effective segregation of site waste materials for easy disposal. The skip is durable with a fully seam welded bucket. The skip can be galvanised to reduce erosion.

We will be showcasing this amongst other products at Scotland Build, Stand B75 at the SEC in Glasgow including Absorbents and Spill Kits. The event, running over the 20th and 21st March, has established itself as the leading and largest building & construction show for Scotland. It is free to attend and features 150+ exhibitors, 150+ speakers and 10,000+ registered attendees.
